For the 2023 model year, KTM has revised the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE S, which was developed for every terrain, and provided it with a number of innovations that make the adventure even better.

There are two new color variants for 2023: you have the choice between the unmistakable KTM orange with black or a new color variant in different shades of grey. The typical KTM orange extends to the forged aluminum rear frame. This offers a lower seat height (869 mm or 849 mm) and excellent carrying capacity. The stylish gray covers the entire bodywork, which is designed for agile handling, front stability, comfort and protection. The bodywork also accommodates the 23-liter fuel tank, which enables an enormous range. Ideal for driving to the office or long trips across national borders.

Thanks to the improved navigation software of the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE S 2023, riders can now explore even the most remote roads even more easily. KTM had already designed the 7-inch TFT display to be extremely adaptable. The infographics and menu system give the driver full control over the driving modes, advanced semi-active suspension, ABS settings and Adaptive Cruise Control. This combination of intuitive handlebar switches and technical capabilities of the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE S has become a hallmark of the company's flagship models.

For the 2023 model year, KTM has further improved the range of functions. Navigation now offers additional options for adventures. The KTMconnect app now includes turn-by-turn+ navigation and waypoints on the fly – without the need to stop to adjust mobile devices. This functionality also extends to music tracks and calls now have the "favorites" listed. If you keep your hands on the handlebars, you can not only ride more kilometers, but also operate the KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE S more safely and easily.

The KTM 1290 SUPER ADVENTURE S is the ultimate high-performance adventure bike in the KTM world, and with good reason. The V-Twin LC8 delivers 160 hp and 138 Nm of torque. The compact heart of the bike is governed by one of KTM's most advanced engine management systems: it manages chassis configuration and response, ride height, ABS, riding modes, tire pressure management, anti-dive and much more. The unit is housed in a lightweight chrome-molybdenum stainless steel frame that weighs just 10 kg and handles short rides and mountain passes just as easily as long distances.
