The well-known YouTuber and Twitch streamer Jordan Maron, better known as CaptainSparklez, got his custom-made one a few days ago BAC Mono R received, a vehicle that sets new standards in terms of design and performance. The special Mono R stands out because of its red carbon fiber paint (three-layer), which fits perfectly with the radical vehicle type. The eye-catching design is complemented by golden accents on various parts of the body, which give the roadster an additional flair. Some of the gold elements have a shiny finish, others a satin finish.

CaptainSparklez also has one in his Mono R Set of sunburst gold rims equipped, which sit in front of glossy black brake calipers. And golden elements can also be found in the interior, including the Seams of the seats and parts of the carbon steering wheel. As with all BAC Monos, the vehicle's cabin has been custom built to ensure a perfect fit for the driver. So Maron visited the BAC factory in the UK to get one tailor-made seat as well as having a steering wheel made with all the desired functions. The Mono R is powered by one 2,5-liter four-cylinder naturally aspirated, which generates 343 HP & 330 Nm torque.
2,5 seconds from 0 to 100 km / h
The engine rotates up to 8.800 rpm and drives the rear wheels. Although the vehicle is more of an ultimate Track performance and a sporty one handling – as it is designed for straight-line acceleration – the R only accelerates in 2,5 seconds from 0 to 100 km / h. "I've been thinking about buying a Mono for a long time, it's the last step you can take when you get tired of the usual exotics" said Maron when he took over the unique piece. “In terms of the solo driving experience, it ruined all other cars for me."
