The ADVAN Sport V107 is a high-performance tire from YOKOHAMA's global flagship brand ADVAN. An optimal balance between driving performance and outstanding comfort characterizes the tires from the Japanese manufacturer. It has the same excellent safety features as the ADVAN Sport V105 and also received the highest "A" rating of the EU label system in the area of wet grip. Properties that also convince two of the leading German automobile manufacturers, BMW and Mercedes-AMG. So far, the X5 M and X6 M from BMW have been delivered to customers with the ADVAN Sport V105. With the ADVAN Sport V107, YOKOHAMA is now also an original equipment manufacturer for these high-performance models. Both types are fitted with 275/40 R21 107Y front tires and 315/35 R21 111Y rear tyres. As an official "original part", the sidewall of the tire shows the star symbol reserved for BMW's OE suppliers.

YOKOHAMA also supplies the ADVAN Sport V53 as original equipment manufacturer for the first electric vehicle from Mercedes-AMG, the EQS 4 107MATIC+. Size 275/35 R22 104Y is used at the front and rear. In order to meet the high rolling resistance requirements of e-vehicles, YOKOHAMA, together with Mercedes-AMG, developed a compound that reduces heat generation during normal driving to a greater extent than previous tires. In addition, a newly developed arrangement of the profile structure significantly reduces noise emissions when driving past. With these deliveries, YOKOHAMA is taking another step in its medium-term management strategy, which envisages pushing the ADVAN and GEOLANDAR tires even more as original equipment.
