Only 20 vehicles: the Chevrolet Camaro Vivid Orange Edition!

The Chevrolet Camaro Vivid Orange Edition is a limited edition model limited to just 20 vehicles exclusively for the Japanese market. Chevrolet has collaborated with graffiti artist Number-D to create artwork depicting the edition. Vivid Orange is a paint finish that is already available for the Camaro in the US but has not previously been part of the color palette in Japan. This special edition changes that for some interested parties. In addition to the Vivid Orange body, the limited-edition model has a silver stripe that runs from the hood to the roof and tailgate. Inside there is black equipment including Recaro performance seats. The basis for the Vivid Orange Edition is the Camaro SS with a 6,2-liter V8 that delivers 455 hp (333 kW) and 617 Newton meters of torque in Japan.

Chevrolet Camaro Vivid Orange Edition

The Camaro Vivid Orange Edition costs the equivalent of around €60.200 (8.930.000 yen) in Japan, while the regular Camaro SS is slightly cheaper in Japan at around €57.200 (8.480.000 yen). Retailers in Japan have been taking orders for the Vivid Orange Edition since May 8, 2023. The limited-edition Camaro will be on display during Chevrolet Fan Day at Fuji Speedway on May 20th. Dealers will be giving away a Number-D artwork depicting the vehicle to anyone who test-drives a Camaro there on June 3rd and 4th. Deliveries of the limited edition are scheduled for mid-June.
