ESB tuning parts "high & low" for the Suzuki Jimny!

From the Japanese tuner ESB Custom there are now two different ones Tuning sets for Suzuki Jimny. One of them makes the mini off-roader much better off-road, the other wants to turn the three-door into a racing car. For us, however, only the off-road package is the right choice. Because the Jimny is made for the terrain, and that's where it has to go. The robust, simple technology, the short wheelbase and the compact dimensions do not necessarily make it a racing car. And that's what the Suzuki thought too. He should be in the Forst- and agriculture and not for chasing down the country road. Anyone who tries that will find that the rough chassis, which is largely non-existent insulation and the grumpy four-cylinder little Japanese don't want to race.

"Up & down" for the Jimny

Nevertheless, ESB from Osaka offers a conversion kit that Jimny can mutate into a pseudo racing car. Either you put it up to 90 millimeters lower, or you screw the dwarf 76 millimeters upwards. This is made possible by the two tuning kits LST and LST-Up. By the way, one belongs to both Widebody conversion as the basis for a completely new appearance. The new look includes a evil look, there is mighty deep bowl TC01 16-inch and solid, riveted fender flares.

Even to one Roof spoiler one thought. But that's where the similarities almost end. Because the lowered Jimny-LST gets a specially shaped front and rear apron and the mentioned rims are covered with one Slick tires from Nangkang. Instead, the off-road variant gets significantly flatter aprons and also a Höherlegung, which even allows a look at parts of the undercarriage.

no engine changes

More protective elements, clearly cut-out wheel arches and massive Maxxisoff-road tyres let the tuningJimny make much more headway in the outback than the standard vehicle or even the ESB-LST. Incidentally, there is agreement again when it comes to the motorization. ESB does not change anything on the engine, which means it remains at 102 hp in this country and the optionally available 64 hp three-cylinder version for Japan also remains untouched. The LST variant costs around €4.230 and the LST-UP version costs around €2.780. However, he needs Jimny additional reinforcements for the chassis that have not yet been specified.
