We're pretty sure that Mercedes never intended that. But the Mercedes G-Class is a real women's car, especially in America. The legend convinces women with a high seating position, a perfect overview, lots of passive safety and a species-appropriate trunk. If you can believe the clichés, women like exactly that. And the approval figures reflect it. And now a Florida-based hairstylist (Chloe Hair) has impressively illustrated this cliché because she shows her penchant for the "G" with a completely pink copy. Another “cliché” comes along with it because, as is well known, a large percentage of women like the color PINK.
The G-Class, which was originally born in delicate white, is now completely wrapped in pink and has many black accents. But it is not just any "G" but the successful lady opted for the acidic G500 4X4² copy. Daimler built the particularly off-road G with portal axles from December 2015 to the end of October last year, making it officially the little brother of the three-axle AMG 63 6 × 6. Equipped with a 4,0-liter V8, there is still a whopping 422 hp and large off-road tires ex works. But Chloe Hair's footwear in particular was apparently not big enough.
The factory 22-inch rims with 325/55 R 22 tires flew down and Chloe installed a set of 24-inch rims from Forgiato Wheels and had them fitted with 37-inch off-road slippers. The wheelset adapts to the rest of the body with a pink and black paint job. But as shrill as the bullet looks with the completely black panes, the style is somehow quite appropriate as we think.
