In the Inuit language, Nanuk means "polar bear". The new color Nanuq White for the MINI Cooper SE in the Resolute Edition is reminiscent of the light fur of the impressive inhabitants of the northern polar regions. Even with the extreme sub-zero temperatures prevailing there, the electric drive, high-voltage battery, power electronics and charging technology are convincing with reliably high performance. Its 135 kW/184 hp electric motor is equally impressive. It accelerates the MINI Cooper SE from 7,3 to 0 km/h in just 100 seconds. The powerful character of the polar white special model comes to the fore in a particularly intense way without any shifting interruptions.
MINI Cooper SE Resolute Edition
Drivers of the iconic MINI 3-door can use the various MINI Driving Modes to change the vehicle's response behavior and choose between the impulsive SPORT mode and MID through to the very economical GREEN+ mode. The range of up to 234 kilometers determined in the WLTP test cycle enables typical MINI driving fun even far beyond the city limits.
Exclusive equipment details
In the Resolute Edition, the exclusively designed bonnet stripes with their color gradient from a light to a dark gold tone and the eponymous Edition lettering "RESOLUTE" emphasize the sporty and at the same time elegant character of the special model. Customers can choose to have the roof and the mirror caps painted in Nanuq White or create an exciting contrast in black. 17-inch light-alloy wheels in the Tentacle Spoke Black variant stylishly round off the equipment range of the edition model on the outside.
The graphic, evenly curved lines in a light gold tone create an elegant striped pattern on the interior fittings. The comfortable sports seats with armrests and knee rolls provide comfortable support during short sprints as well as on longer journeys. They belong to the equipment variant MINI Yours Leather Lounge and are offered in Carbon Black in the MINI Resolute Edition. Other equipment highlights in the interior are the anthracite-colored headliner, the sun protection glazing and the particularly non-slip sports steering wheel in nappa design.
MINI Driving Assistant as standard
In the cockpit, the eDrive services provide information on the display of the central instrument about the current energy consumption and the range and provide information on economical driving. From November 2022, the MINI Driving Assistant will be part of the standard equipment of the MINI Cooper SE Resolute Edition and will increase safety and driving comfort in equal measure. At speeds between 10 and 60 km/h, the Active Guard driver assistance system brakes the vehicle. Lane Departure Warning signals when the vehicle is about to leave its lane on roads with lane markings. And with the camera-based, active cruise control (ACC), in addition to the set speed, the distance to the vehicle in front is automatically regulated in flowing motorway and country road traffic. The system is active between 30 and 140 km/h.
