The tuning company mcchip-dkr has given the Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI RS a power boost and also left the design untouched. The tuning halls of mcchip get to see more sports cars, boats, jet skis or trucks from the inside. Now, however, it became a normal Skoda Octavia III 2.0 TDI RS. The extra power convinces on the paper immediately.

The mid-range car is anything but weak from the factory with 184PS and 380 Newton meters. The additional 31 and 35 Newton meters now leave 215PS and 415 Newton meters on the paper. The growth is achieved solely by optimizing the software. The look of the Czech was also changed. The front and rear axles are each moved 30mm closer to the road surface thanks to ST suspension sport springs. The wheels were also replaced with matt black rims from Xtra Wheels. The tires of the Dunlop Sport Maxx GT in the dimension 225/35 R19 were screwed onto the Czech.

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
