In the year 1924 Sakichi Toyoda developed the world's first automatic loom, the model Toyoda Model G. 1929 was sold the patent to a British company to generate capital for the beginning of automobile production. Kiichiro Toyoda, son of the company founder, was the head of the Toyoda car factories, and in 1935, the first two models, the sedan called A1 and the small pickup called G1, came onto the market. In 1936, the still-young company launched a call for a logo, but a family member of the Toyoda clan decided to make the name Toyota out of it, because in Japanese it requires 8 brushstrokes, and the number 8 is a lucky number. This was the birth of Toyota, and in 1937, the new trademark was officially registered. Nowadays, Toyota is the largest car manufacturer in the world and in terms of vehicle tuning are models such as the sports car Supra or the coupe Celica very popular. For the various hybrid models of the brand Tuning is an absolute foreign word.
