Incredible, the four-seater GranTurismo Coupé from the Italian automaker Maserati has been on the market since September 2007 and in my opinion still looks brand new. When it comes to motorization, the GranTurismo is still extremely well positioned after almost 10 years. Whether 405PS in the normal GranTurismo, 440PS in the "S" version or even 460PS as "Sport, the up to 4,6 liter V8 provides sufficient propulsion in every respect and at the latest as GranTurismo MC Stradale with 460PS you are beyond any doubt . So what can you change about the Italian without compromising the style and understatement? Which first thought comes to mind when you dive into the subject of tuning? For the masses, as well as for myself, the sporty sound-strong exhaust, the lowered chassis and of course a significantly increased performance (Chiptuning etc.) are high on the list of priorities. Tuning also means that the vehicle should receive a highly personal touch. The viewing angle of each individual vehicle owner is just as individual. Although statistics are mostly incidental, they should not be underestimated. After all, we are talking here of 60% of all Tuningbegeisterten who first granted their car a new set of wheels and later dealt with the further measures such as chip tuning, etc. In comparison, the dimensions of the replaced rims are at least 1 inches above the sizes of the factory-original rims.

The often extremely price-intensive investment hardly leaves any deterrent marks because it actually pays off in retrospect and the design of the car is then presented in a remarkably new shine. Decisive for the highly frequented exchange of the wheel sets is, among other things, the mass suitability of the serial rims, which are often presentable. However, the manufacturer orients itself more towards the large target groups and less towards the individualists. On top of that, the rim selection is made using the manufacturer's configurator, which of course was also the case with this Maserati GranTurismo.
If you put your vehicle together using a configurator, there is ultimately hardly any space for an unmistakable uniqueness. However, there is still a possibility to swim against the current and to be able to detach yourself from the general public. The plan B of the owner of the Coupe from Italy includes a look at the PUR Wheels range. Thanks to the perfect combination, the piece of jewelery is now presented even better with a PUR Wheels wheel set of the type 9INE (Nine) in an estimated 20 inches. The additional modifications that can be seen in the pictures, such as the subtle lowering, make the production model an impressive eye-catcher. Of course, the GT also owes the newly gained dynamism and the even sportier driving feel to the new wheelset. No wonder, because the rims from PUR Wheels are not only known in tuner circles for their first-class quality and, above all, for an exquisite range of products. With these respectable alternatives, the standard wheelsets are quickly overshadowed by the new rims.
