Restomod 1949 Dodge Power Wagon with Suicide Doors!

We have to show you this completely rebuilt 1949 Dodge Power Wagon equipped with a Cummins diesel engine. It is currently listed on the Bring a Trailer platform and can be auctioned. The cabin has been extensively expanded and an additional pair of doors has been added. And they are posted on the back and therefore act as suicide doors. In addition, the entire body is repainted in Jet Black after the complete restoration. The old off-roader also got a Braden winch, halo-ring daytime running lights in yellow amber-driving main headlights, side and reversing cameras, electric steps from Amp Research, a custom-made exhaust system, 17 inch aluminum rims in bronze with large off-road tires and the loading area got an oak floor (stained and varnished) with light dividers. And the interior of the Power Wagon is no less impressive.

It is fully equipped with black leather including red accent stitching that extends into the door panels. Further highlights of the modified cabin are electrically adjustable front seats from a Cadillac CTS, a new air conditioning system, electric windows and door locks as well as a Pioneer sound system with navigation system and Bluetooth connectivity. A nice gimmick, by the way, is the new steering wheel with a Franklin half dollar coin from 1949 that acts as a button for the horn. And under the hood? As already mentioned, there sits a 5,9-liter Cummins turbodiesel in-line six-cylinder, which is coupled to a 48RE four-speed automatic transmission and an NP271 dual-range transfer case.
