Exactly at the start of Tokyo Auto Salon 2023 there are a number of new ones TRD parts for the popular Toyota GR86. And the accessories for the sports coupe include not only external components, but also Performance parts for the technology and details for the interior. The new products are based on the product line "Stylish street sports' and should be available in addition to the current GR parts program for the Toyota GR86. And then there's another set of parts called Aerodynamic Package II. Some of the tuning components were made with the help of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) developed, and they should improve the overall balance of the vehicle a little bit.
2023 TRD tuning parts
The first new GR parts are expected to be available from March 2023 and this includes a black or white insert for the front apron called the GR aero nose cone. Next up are GR Aero fins for the Mirrors, a GR rear window attachment (cats stairs) and a GRsports oil filter. The Aerodynamics Package II also includes a new GR front spoiler, which has a different design than before, there are GR side skirts, a GR rear spoiler, a GR sports rear silencer, GR canards and a GR aero roof fin. Together with the front spoiler and the other tuning parts already mentioned, the whole package is priced at 492.800 yen, which is about €3.531.
there is even an online tool
Of course, the already known accessories from 2022 are still available for the new components. Including the fully adjustable GRsports suspension, the GR monoblock sports brake set or the GR performance damper. There is even one for the manually shifted version of the GR86 GR short shifter. As always, the parts can also be ordered individually and TRD even recently started offering an online tool to see what the GR86 looks like with or without the new GR parts.
