With the current Focus RS (MK3) and its 2.3 liter EcoBoost engine with 350 PS & 440 Nm, Ford has created the perfect basis to finally be competitive against the Audi RS3, VW Golf R or the BMW M2. And if you can believe the rumor mill, the prayers of the RS fans have been answered because Ford is apparently working on an RS500 that will only barely miss the 400 PS mark in terms of performance. However, if you don't want to wait that long and prefer the subtle bodywork of the "normal" RS, tuner mcchip-Dkr has just the right thing in stock.
The company, which specializes in chip tuning, brings a Stage 1 increase in performance to the Cologne-based company, which ensures that 385 PS & 500 NM torque are now available on all four wheels. This increase in performance alone brings the RS in the direction of the planned RS500 and at the latest with a Stage 3 kit including a new turbocharger, the 400 PS mark should be easily cracked. If we get more details, there is of course an update for this story. You will be informed about the update if you have ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
