A few weeks ago, the manufacturer Dodge announced that the current generation of the Charger will go with "a bang". And this has been implemented so far with four "Last Call" vehicles (see end of post). And now follows the fifth special edition of the Last Call series. Curtain up for theKing Daytona". The four-door super sedan is based on the crazy and hugely popular Charger Hellcat Redeye Widebody and receives a particularly classic one in honor of the namesake Painting. And that makes the King Daytona the wildest interpretation of the Last Call vehicles so far, in our opinion. It honors William "Big Willie" Robinson, a star of the West Coast drag racing scene with his 1969 Dodge Charger known with the nickname "King Daytona".

And the legendary nickname is accented black even applied to the rear quarter panel of all 300 King Daytona vehicles. To the "Go mango orange livery' are joined in the cabin by orange ones decorative stitching and also the seam on the instrument panel is orange. More orange accents on the Center console, at Steering wheel and Door panels successfully round off the look. It continues with special Daytona seats with nappa/Alcantara cover, there is one headliner made of suede, a Alcantara steering wheel, Premium Sound System by Harman Kardon, a Sunroof and an integrated Navigation system. Special 20 inches rotate in the wheel arches Carbon Warp Speed rims and there are also satin ones chrome emblems as hub caps.
more power in the Charger King Daytona
Behind the radiant rims lies a colour-coordinated orange Brembo brakes with six pistons. And under the hood? Since the well-known works, but on 821 PS (601 kW) strengthened V8 compressor from the Charger Hellcat Redeye Widebody. Incidentally, the sixth model in the "Last Call" series will be presented on September 21 and the last vehicle can be seen at the SEMA Auto Show.
