The pulse of tuning fans beats faster when they hear that Varis, a Japanese tuner, his hands on the current Honda Civic Type R (FL5) has. There's a lot of guesswork as rumors say it's a... Upgrade of Varis' Civic Type R (FL5) Arising-1 body kits could act. Unfortunately, Varis is keeping quiet about the final name. One thing is certain, however: the look of the conversion will stand out from the crowd. The core of the Arising-1 body kits is going through CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer), an innovative and extremely robust material. A fat one awaits the viewer at the front front spoiler for the equivalent of around €980. Moving in further back rear wing attracts attention, with a price of around €1.180. And the highlight so far, that bonnet, can be ordered either in CFRP for around €1.310 or completely in carbon for around €1.900.

The vehicle in the pictures also has new ones alloy wheels in black, one Lowering and those widespread in Japan Regenabweiser installed on the side windows. Yes, the latest updates promise even more individuality and exclusivity. Among the innovations are: CFRP side skirt approachesthat underline the sporty look. Also the vents in the hood, made of CFRP or carbon, are a cool addition. The new highlight is clearly the front and rear fender flares. Varis not at the SEMA 2023 show?

As we have learned from insiders, the prices for the new parts will soon be on the Varis Japan website be found. Of course the community is eagerly waiting for it! For those who already have the days to go SEMA 2023 show (October 31st - November 3rd), we have some not so good news. Varis appears there not be listed as an official exhibitor. But who knows? Maybe there will still be a surprise and another exhibitor will present the 2023 Type R with the Varis parts in Las Vegas. As we all know, hope dies last!
