From the factory you can say with a clear conscience that the interior of the rare MercedesAMG G 63 4×4² is already exclusive and of extremely high quality in the series production. Actually, there is no really understandable reason to make major changes. Actually… Because as it is, there are always people who see things differently. And that's a good thing, because that's why it's our little one Online magazine at all. So at this point we would like to say "thank you" to the team at Carlex designwho modified this G 63 AMG. Specifically, Carlex donated to the G63 a new interior, with all the trimmings. Of course, brown isn't the only shade Carlex works with when it comes to transforming vehicle cockpits, but it was the color of choice for this AMG G 63 4×4².
Mercedes AMG G 63 4×4²
The factory-extremely extreme off-road vehicle from Affalterbach was given a brown surface on most of the visible interior components, giving the cabin a much more elegant look. Starting with the new front seats, which have a particularly sporty look thanks to integrated headrests and additional side bolsters, the rear bench, the door panels, the dashboard, the center console and the steering wheel are all covered in brown leather.
In addition, there is a hint of black in the form of various accents, including noble piping. At the ABC columns and the headliner the refiner opted for brown suede, a combination that also extends to the tailgate trim. Outwardly it seems AMG G 63 4×4² not to have received any changes.
no changes to the body
The body is painted green and the typical AMG aprons, the Panamericana radiator grille, the roofcurb with additional LED lights that fender flares and the massive side skirts are still typical OEM AMG components. Even the bicycles seem to be the original ones and the Sidepipe exhaust system are also available directly from the factory. Unfortunately, we have no information on whether the engine has been modified.
Since the 4,0-liter V8 with double turbo already delivers a lot of 585 PS & 850 NM torque in the standard version, that's not really necessary. Incidentally, the engine is coupled to a nine-speed automatic and of course it has AMG G 63 4×4² All-wheel drive installed ex works. If we get more information, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed about this if you simply use our Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
Don't worry, of course that was far from being the case when it came to auto / auto tuning. Our magazine still has tens of thousands other tuning reports in stock. Do you want to see them all? Then just click HERE and look around. Or you can read through the following thematically appropriate vehicle reports. Another interesting vehicle is sure to be included.
