Sometimes you look back to move forward. At a time when automakers are eagerly looking toward the future, Nissan is throwing its weight behind it Frontier Hardbody a loving look into the past. The pickup seamlessly builds on the cult status of the Nissan Hardbody of the 80s and combines nostalgic charm with current technology. Who doesn't fondly remember the robust and always reliable hardbody? And it is precisely this spirit that Nissan is now bringing back in a modern guise, based on the model Crew Cab SV 4×4. But let's look at the details: 17-inch alloy wheels in vintage style, with matching all-terrain tires.

Other highlights? A Underrun protection made of aluminum, black Details in every nook and cranny, from the fender to the radiator grille, and of course a distinctive one “4×4” lettering, which is clearly visible on the doors and the tailgate. But Nissan knows: It's not just the outside that counts. That's why there's the new one inside SL equipment. As a replacement for the previous SV Premium package, it comes with the Frontier LED lights, a leather interior and conveniences such as heated seats and steering wheel. And the functionality? That is also given, thanks 120 volt sockets, an electric sunroof and the useful Utili-Track System.

On the engine side, everything remains the same: on 3,8-liter V6 with 310 PS drives the pick-up, supported by a quick Nine-speed automatic transmission and an electronic one All-wheel changing system. And safety is also a priority on the Frontier, with features like intelligent Collision warning and more automatic Emergency braking. How much does it all cost? The price range starts at $29.770 for the Frontier, while fans of the Hardbody will have to dig deeper into their pockets - at least 42.095 dollars are due. Certainly not a bargain, but a cool deal for a trip into the past without sacrificing the advantages of the present!
