And again there is an absolute highlight from the tuner RACE! SOUTH AFRICA! While we thought a little bit about the recently presented Techart Porsche 911 (991.2) Turbo S The company, from Johannesburg (South Africa), is already lagging behind. The base this time is a rare Porsche 997 GT2 with standard 530 PS which was already able to sprint from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3,7 seconds and to reach a still stunning top speed of 329 km / h. There was an increase only in the year 2010 as Porsche pushed the 620 PS strong 997 GT2 RS afterwards. With a base price of crazy 237.578 Euro, you do not have to be a clairvoyant to guess that the 500 limited edition version will almost never find the way to a tuner. But here, too, companies like that show City Performance Center that even on such an exclusive vehicle there is enough room for change. But back to the current 997 GT2! Without further ado, they have decided to install a new engine with an output of over 800PS and thus, on request, to leave the GT2 RS far behind. 
Using an 100% ethanol kit, 3.8 big Bore kit from Evolution Motorsports, new fuel pumps or even one EVOMSit - Intelligent Chiptuning the Zuffenhausen engine achieves the phenomenal power of over 800PS. And a lot has also been done visually because the 997 got a TECHART aerodynamic kit that consists of a front spoiler, radiator grille, side skirts, a fixed rear spoiler and a discreet rear apron attachment. The suspension set-up has also been completely revised and a KW coilover kit was installed and an approx. 20 inch BBS CH-R wheel set in matt black is also part of the program. A whole lot of original RS parts have also found their place and ensure that this vehicle is unique in this configuration. We hope that we will receive a lot more pictures and more concrete information about the technical changes in the next days or weeks.
