The Audi SQ5 TDI is already in the "smallest“ Version with 313 HP and 650 NM torque on the way. Enough to fly to 5 km/h in just over 100 seconds and the propulsion only comes to an end when the speed limit is 250 km/h. The team from JDEngineering, from the Netherlands, currently had an SQ5 on site and achieved an increase in performance to a whopping 3 HP and an incredible 454 NM torque using Stage912 tuning. This means that the Ingolstadt-based engine produces almost as much torque as a Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG W222 with a 630 hp V12 petrol engine. An absolutely impressive value that brings the diesel SUV into the realms of an athlete.

JD achieves the performance increase using in-house chip tuning, a large intercooler and a new airbox including a sports air filter. If you consider that there is still the SQ5 TDI competition with 326 hp or the SQ5 TDI plus with a whopping 340 hp ex works, the stars are favorable that these models will reach 1.000 NM if the performance is increased. If we receive more information about the modifications made to the SQ5, there will of course, as always, be an update for this article. The best thing to do is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be notified immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the photos.
These are the changes to the Audi SQ5:
- Performance increase - (Chiptuning Stage 3, intercooler, airbox, sports air filter)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
