We only know the characteristic four round tailpipes on BMW vehicles from "real" M vehicles such as the M2, M3, M5, etc. We have not seen them on an M Performance car, at least from the factory. But that's exactly what BMW is apparently planning for the future. Because the X1 of the next generation is supposed to be an M35i variant four tailpipes receive. However, not from the factory, but from the British tuner Overkill performance. The built tailpipes each measure 100 millimeters (four inches) in diameter and are probably the most generous option that can be installed without making any changes to the rear apron.
