In the world of performance cars there was recently a duel between one Tesla Model S plaid and a BMW M3 Competition, tuned by Tom Wrigley performance. The race shows a crazy comparison of electric and combustion technology. The Model S plaid impressed with 1.020 PS and is equipped with three electric motors, which ensure crazy acceleration. On the other hand there is an M3 Competition, which is crazy with heavy mods 1.039 PS was tuned. The M3's modifications include a completely rebuilt engine, Hybrid turbos, a new cooling system from CSF and a sports exhaust system from Grail. The M3 was also included in the race ethanol operated to develop its maximum performance. The decisive race ended, so to speak, in one draw. Both reached the finish line almost at the same time, with the BMW ultimately winning by a small margin. The reason was that the Tesla limited its electronically top speed reached and could not accelerate any further. Interestingly, there was also a “Rolling Race", in which the BMW had the upper hand thanks to the additional power.
