BMW 335i (F30) in Estoril Blue on Forgestar CF5V rims

It's hard to believe, but next to the F80 M3 there is actually still the “normal” 3-series BMW of the F30 generation. The rim label Forgestar Wheels present the days an estoril blue painted 335i with N55B30 six-cylinder strong 306 PS & 400 Nm torque. Coupled with the 8-speed automatic sports transmission, it goes to 5,2 km / h in just 100 seconds and the propulsion is hardly interrupted up to an electronically governed top speed of 250 km / h. Only the new 340i with B58B30 engine and the aforementioned M3 models (M3, Competition, CS). For many, the 335i is therefore the optimal solution of performance and aesthetics and, of course, more affordable than an M3. And particularly subtle modifications help the brave sedan to a little more sportiness while still understated enough.

The best example is this F30 sedan which has a set of forged wheels off the shelf of Forgestar Wheels had received. Specifically, it is the type CF5V in the dimensions 20 x 8,5 inches at the front and 20 x 10,5 inches behind the wheel wells perfectly fills. The finish of the rims shows, as a contrast to the paint, in bronze and beyond, there was also a subtle lowering. Thanks to the lowering, the new wheels sit optimally in the wheel arch and the F30 looks even more dynamic than we think. And also on the body, there were some changes. In addition to black M-Performance kidneys, there was a carbon front spoiler with small flaps on the right and left and also the sideways mounted sill swords were added later.

The absolute highlight is in our opinion but at the rear. Here is the sedan with a new tailgate in the style of the E46 M3 CSL in combination with a sporty aggressive diffuser can mutate the rear view clearly toward M3. Of course, the right / left sports exhaust system with its large blue-burnt tailpipes plays a major role in this. A few small details such as the color-painted side markings in front, the completely darkened windows all around or the fact that there is no chrome on the vehicle complete the F30 impressively.
