Who would have thought that BMW would ever dare a vehicle like the BMW 2er Active Tourer (internal series designation F45) as a compact van and with front-wheel drive on the market to bring? Even with xDrive he can be ordered and even in front of a seven-seater 2er Gran Tourer you did not stop and built on the same platform with larger wheelbase and length, the larger version with more space. So how likely is it that eventually you might expect a big bus like the VW T5 / T6 from Munich? Probably as realistic as it is our Audi TS6 bus will give. Nevertheless, we dared to transform a T5 bus into a BMW and give it the name “BMW ActiveVan". We haven't made too many changes to the Audi TS6 bus linked above.

Obviously, the Audi front was swapped for a typical BMW front with black BMW M Performance Parts kidneys and at the same time we installed LED headlights from the current BMW M4. In addition, there was a new wheel set from ADV.1 Wheels which, with an estimated 24 inches and an Airride air suspension, just fits under the drawn wheel arches. In the back part we have removed all the beads and the running rail of the sliding door, which can no longer be opened, but it just makes the whole thing look much better. And compared to a normal VW T5 / T6, we have chopped the roof by a few centimeters, which makes the bus look a little more dynamic.
We have made the following virtual changes:
- Lowering
- Headlights from the BMW M4 F82 Coupe
- BMW kidney grille above
- BMW grille in the bumper below
- ADV.1 Wheels Alloy Wheels
- Removed beads at the back
- Slices tinted
- Fog lights tinted
- Door handles removed
- Door rail removed
- rear part with large side window
- BMW emblem on the hood
Now our question to you, what do you think? Would you the BMWActiveVan as we liked it modified on the computer or would that be “too much” and yet a number too blatant? In any case, I would be happy to see the car like this or at least something similar on our streets and could imagine that it is quite an eye-catcher. 🙂 Ps.
