Once again there is an interesting Chevrolet Bel Air Restomod, which we would like to show you. It was built in 1960 and, as far as we know, was the two-door hardtop coupe from Timeless kustoms restauriert and remodeled. Apart from the gold paint, it is a rather unremarkable vehicle. The Bel Air no longer has any chrome on the body, as all trim strips have been repainted in gunmetal and the aprons are now body-colored. Incidentally, both colors come from the BMW color palette (gold tone = Austin Yellow Metallic). There was also a set of 19 inch wheels and also a sporty one front spoiler can be seen. But most of the "improvements" were made under the bodywork. Although the Bel Air is still on the standard frame, there were tubular handlebars, a coiloverNew stabilizers and modern brakes.

The rear axle is still standard, but equipped with a 3,73 gearbox. And inside? Everything goes with the look on the outside. There were restored dark gray leather seats, a dashboard with Dakota Digital gauges and a black steering wheel with thin spokes. And under the hood? A modern LT1-V8 with "only" 410 hp and a torque of 583 NM works there. That's even less than a standard LT1. The 6,2-liter V8, which was introduced in 2014 in the seventh generation of the Corvette, delivers at least 455 PS & 624 Nm in the basic version and 460 PS & 630 Nm with the performance exhaust.
