Just over a year ago, Mercedes introduced the 213 series of the current E-Class to the market. As for Tuning at the noble Stuttgarter we have, apart from Lorinser or DTE, so far haven't really been able to find many modifications for the new one. The Bottrop company Brabus Although in the summer shortly afterwards pointed out that they offer the, from other models already known, monobloc wheels in 18 to 21 inches now also for the W213 but other changes did not exist so far. This changes with the day because Brabus shows us a complete aerodynamic package, on request, a completely redesigned interior and also the first performance enhancements for gasoline and diesel engines of the new E-Class. The high-quality carbon aerodynamic parts are available in different versions that have been adapted for the AVANTGARDE or EXCLUSIVE package, and another version that was developed for the optional AMG Line exterior.
Our personal highlight is the package for the AMG exterior, which consists of a front spoiler with flaps, vertical panels for the outer air inlets and a rear diffuser with three vertical fins. But the accessories for the more subtle AVANTGARDE or EXCLUSIVE packages are also really impressive. As already mentioned above, there are also a variety of different aluminum rims available in 18-21 inches. For example, there are the BRABUS Monoblock F, R or Y "Platinum Edition" rims which are installed in 9Jx21 inches at the front and 10.5Jx21 inches at the rear, and also with Continental, Pirelli or YOKOHAMA high-performance tires in 255/30 ZR 21 & 295 / 25 ZR 21 are equipped.
And the first performance increases thanks to the Brabus chiptuning box are already available and so, for example, the E350d with BRABUS PowerXtra D6 module gets a whopping + 37 kW / 51 PS & 100 Nm, which ensure that it reaches 5,7km in 100 seconds / h and a top speed of, electronically limited, 250 km / h is easily possible. Even that certain plus in sportiness can be installed by Brabus on request because special sport springs for lowering up to approx. 30 millimeters, or a control module for vehicles with AIR BODY CONTROL air suspension, are available and increase the sportiness of the W213 and at the same time reduce the Place in the wheel arch. As with all Brabus vehicles, the interior of the E-Class can of course also be completely individualized and so there is an almost inexhaustible range. We would like to mention, for example, the new stainless steel door sills with illuminated BRABUS logo in 64 colors, aluminum pedals, door pins and of course the well-known BRABUS fine full leather interior that is available in any desired color and with its particularly soft and durable BRABUS Mastik leather & Alcantara convinced. The BRABUS tuning guarantee applies to all components for 3 years and up to 100.000 kilometers!
As you know, it comes the best for last because only a little over two months then the new E63 AMG W213, with a revised version of the biturbo 4,0 liter V8, will come out in two performance variants and the maximum is already 612 PS & 850 Nm of torque. We can hardly wait when Brabus takes on the top model and when all the stops are pulled out (new turbocharger, chip tuning, engine block revised etc.) the new one could possibly even scratch the 900PS mark. If money is not an issue then the prospects for AMG fans are extremely rosy! If we get more information about the modifications to the W213, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. adjustable between "Coming home" mode and extra sporty sound) - BRABUS Monoblock wheels from 18 to 21 inches, largest version as forged wheels of the type BRABUS Monoblock F, R or Y "Platinum Edition" in 9Jx21 inches at the front and 10.5Jx21 inches at the rear, Continental, Pirelli or YOKOHAMA high-performance tires in 255/30 ZR 21 at the front and 295/25 ZR 21 rear)
- BRABUS suspension changes (sport springs for lowering up to approx. 30 millimeters, special control module for vehicles with AIR BODY CONTROL air suspension)
- Engine tuning for gasoline and diesel (power increases)
- E200 using Brabus PowerXtra B20 tuning box to 165 kW / 225 PS & 330 Nm
- E350d with BRABUS PowerXtra D6 module + 37 kW / 51 PS & 100 Nm to 720NM, 5,7 seconds to 100km / h, top speed electronically limited to 250 km / h
- E220d +20 kW / 27 PS & 50 Nm torque
