Photo Story: VLF Automotive X-Series - Off-Road Monster

We have a little questioning game for you! Which vehicle is the basis for the VLF Automotive X-Series, which will be showcased at the Detroit Motor Show the day? Frankly, we are still in the dark because even on VLF's website, except for the DESTINO V8, the FORCE 1 V10 and the ROCKET V8, nothing to be found. At first glance we would say the base could be the last series of the Hummer H3. Again, the design, after the rear vehicle door, speaks more for a former pick-up ... If you look at the other vehicles from VLF mentioned above, the company was previously known for spectacular and really beautiful designs. But what exactly they thought with the X-Series is not clear to us and we hope a little bit for a joke.

Update below ...

It is actually enough if the Dartz Motorz Company regularly happy with such monsters, and if it should be ugly then please correct 😀 If we receive information about the vehicle, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.

certainly with thick V8

Now we are smarter!

Some members from one Tuning Forum in the US think it is a Chevrolet Colorado. Supposedly, you can recognize the similar to the lobster grille, as well as the Brodozer rims. And so completely wrong they do not seem to lie! Because if you take a close look through the rear window you can see that the typical sliding rear window of the Colorado is still there. So our assumption that it was more of a pickup was correct. Also, we have received the information that here a set of 20 inch alloy wheels was installed which are equipped with an 35 inch off-road tires. In the train of thought, it could be a thicker V8 installed, we were apparently but wrong, from the factory there are in the Colorado namely a 3,6-liter V6 or a 2,8-liter diesel four-cylinder and one of the two will probably be under the, pretty ugly, find hood again. Maybe the X series will be the official successor of the Lamborghini LM002 😀 visually at least it is not really outlandish and with a price of only 70.000 $ it would be even relatively cheap.
