Full House - Porsche 911 (997) Turbo on Vossen VWS-3 Alu's

In the year 2006 Porsche brought the turbo, of the 997 series, on the market and also the convertible that appeared a year later found a large fan base and with a maximum output of 530 HP (Turbo S - 2010) is still anything but underpowered. If a vehicle has a large fan base, of course, the selection of accessories for this series is usually considerable and this is also the case with the 997. Presented as a presentation vehicle for your own tuning workshop Car art (Glenview, Illinois, United States) a 997 Turbo convertible that has been completely redesigned and, in addition to a widebody kit, has also received an extremely fat Vossen x Work VWS-3 wheel set in a striking metallic red. Particularly extreme are of course the Liberty Walk Performance aerodynamic parts, which give the 997 significantly widened front and rear fenders and also a conspicuous ducktail spoiler edge on the engine cover.

The front and rear bumpers have also been revised, but we're not quite sure whether these components also come from the Japanese manufacturer or possibly from another supplier. Of course, the oversized & adjustable rear spoiler, which completely does justice to the style of the Japanese attachments, is extremely noticeable. A highlight is also the one already mentioned Vossen x Work VWS-3 wheelset especially at the rear axle by an extreme low bed noticeable. We can see a lot of other changes in the pictures and so the rear air intakes were replaced by components made of carbon and the roll bar, behind the bucket seats, painted in the same color as the 5 spoke alloy wheels.

At the rear of the turbo we can recognize a Capristo lettering indicating that a sports exhaust system of the provider Sundern is installed. Certainly the technology has also been revised so that one can assume that more than the 530 PS give the turbo propulsion, but unfortunately we do not know the exact details. This 997 convertible is definitely one of the most extreme we've seen so far and as a promotional vehicle for Car art definitely a successful figurehead. If we get more information about the modifications to the 997 Turbo, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
