Tuner Specialty Vehicle Engineering, Inc. is apparently working on a new GMC Syclone with Monster V2021 for model year 8. The tuner released a somewhat boring teaser video showing an apparently supercharged Syclone V8 AWD. The tuning company based in St. Petersburg (Florida) uses a current GMC Canyon as the basis for the conversion and probably equips it with countless hardware, software and body upgrades. During the GMC Cyclone 2019 equipped with a 3,6-liter V6 compressor engine that delivered 455 hp and 576 Nm of torque, the successor could now receive a V8 compressor.

The tuner speaks of an output of up to 750 hp (559 kW) which it delivers to all four wheels by means of all-wheel drive. This would enable the sprint to 100 km / h in less than 4 seconds. And of course, not only will the engine be modified, but we also expect a larger sports brake system, a correspondingly modified chassis and, of course, an acoustically loud sports exhaust system. As soon as there is an official presentation, we will of course inform you.

SVE 2021 GMC Syclone with 750 supercharged V8

Now it is 2021 GMC Syclone from SVE with 750 hp actually a reality. For the 2021 model year, the New Jersey-based tuner Specialty Vehicle Engineering neither a V6 nor the Duramax diesel was installed, instead there was the L83 5,3 liter V8. Equipped with some forged components, the SVE version delivers a hefty 750 hp on the crankshaft. They are exact 757 PS and 899 Nm torque put to the test. The engine is coupled to a Eight-speed automatic (8L90E), which either transfers the power to the rear wheels or transfers it to all four wheels. The starting price of 79.995 US Dollars without base vehicle is however an announcement. But then you have one of only 50 pc limited copies.
