It was only five days ago that we got the extremely fat ones for you Infiniti G37 sedan on Vossen VWS-3 rims presented and, in addition to the VWS 1 Rim, thus another brand new model from the rim manufacturer from Miami. But Vossen Wheels are not only available for deep and super sporty vehicles but, as we can see from the latest project, also for off-roaders with somewhat tougher demands. Because also a new series is the Vossen x Work series which was installed on this mighty Jeep Wrangler and which makes a decisive contribution to the appearance. The decision was made for the VWS-3 rim type in chic matt black and the king-size dimensions 12 × 20 inches. Even the extreme rim base treats itself to a full 12 inches from the 5,6 inch width. You don't see something like that every day, after all, there are also rims that are overall as wide as the drop center of these VWS-3 Alu's. But of course the rims alone don't make that radical difference.

5,6 inch deepbed

Of course, you need a set of huge 37 inch Nitto Grappler off-road tires and a lift kit, unfortunately unknown to us, to be so powerful. By the way, a lot has changed on the outer components of the Wrangler. The Jeep got a modified bumper with ram protection at the front, side skirts with step bars, a modified rear bumper, matt black fender flares all around and a hood with quick-release fasteners. Powerful additional LED lights on the hood, the roof and the A-pillars ensure an extreme view at night and the black taillights set individual accents at the rear. Incidentally, the “Über-Wrangler” was built by the previously unknown team Miami Power Wheels. Vossen Wheels has published the Jeep on its website and we are pleased to be able to show you a few pictures and a video. After the extremely extensive tuning cure that the Wrangler was allowed to endure, it is now visually much beefier, more individual and more suitable for off-road than the production version and should cause a lot of attention, at least in the USA. In Good old Germany you can safely remove make-up from the vehicle in this combination, at least if you want to be on the road with a valid registration. The exposed tires or the almost missing bumpers would probably drive a German TÜV inspector to despair. So if you have been secretly thinking of buying a Jeep Wrangler for a long time or are even happy owners, Vossen Wheels is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to equipping the vehicle with new rims.

As far as the changes to optics or technology are concerned, we have tried to find out the most important details. Unfortunately, this was only possible with the help of the pictures and the video so we ask for your understanding if something is missing or incorrect. As always, what we think we have recognized is listed in the lower part of the article in a small summary. If you discover more changes that we have missed, please use our comment box and let us know, we will then add them to the article as soon as possible.
