Legend Motor Co. Signature Series 001: Defender Land Rover Restomod!

Legend Motor Co., based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has with the Signature Series 001 an exceptional Land Rover Defender Restomod presented. The vehicle based on the legendary Defender based, combines the latest technology with classic design and is intended for true off-road enthusiasts. The base was one Defender 110 body, which refers to a modern “Jeep JK chassis“ was set. Under the direction of Nick Panos, Sawyer Carpenter and James Frauenberg The Defender was completely redesigned. The iconic one remained Silhouette of the classic Defender, but the entire Chassis, Powertrain and Interior exchanged.

The body of the Signature Series 001 consists Aluminium and is with one Kevlar liner equipped, which provides additional protection and is also color-coordinated with the exterior. However, Legend Motor Co. has chosen a more conservative approach to the visual appearance 17-inch steel wheels, covered with 37 inches (0,94 m) BFGoodrich KM3 mud tires, a removable one roof and the special Legend emblem. And under the hood? There is one there GM LT1 6.2L V8 with 455 HP & 630 NM torque. And you can even upgrade to an even more powerful one as an option LT4 possible, the tight one 650 PS and 881 NM torque delivers. Regardless of the engine variant, the power is transmitted via a Eight-speed automatic and ATLAS II case transmitted to all four wheels.
