Everyone is talking about autonomous driving à la Tesla and Co. We would now like to present you pretty much the opposite of autonomous driving in the form of a current Mazda MX-5. A classic retractable roof roadster of the old style that only wants to "drive" and be driven. And that's exactly what we have now discovered with a “garage_vary” body kit and of course we don't want to withhold it from you. The body kit gives the MX-5 a completely new front apron including a large front spoiler and horizontal wings. This makes the visual appearance much more aggressive and the missing Mazda emblem should leave some laypeople guessing about the manufacturer.
There is also a bonnet with a large central air intake which reminds a little of the M4 GTS hood as we find. It continues with completely new fenders, including huge air vents and fittingly no less spectacular side skirts with large flaps in the rear area. And quite powerful is the rear view. Here, there is a completely new rear apron with side air vents and huge diffuser and beyond a huge fixed rear wing in the style of the Porsche Carrera GT. The presentation vehicle also got a set of black taillights, 5 alloy wheels in an estimated 18 inches and a massive roll cage for use on the racetrack.
If the fixed rear spoiler is too aggressive a number can also install a duck-tail spoiler lip or a smaller version of a likewise fixed rear wing. All three versions can be seen in the pictures in our gallery below. The pictures also show different variants of wheelsets (Work Wheels and others) on the MX-5 and somehow everyone suits the sporty Japanese like we think. Finally, of course, a significant lowering by means of a coilover kit is installed and a powerful right / left sports exhaust system should not be missing. Unfortunately, we don't have more information about the MX-5 so we leave it with the pictures.
