Even more performance and fascination for the top model of the Mercedes GLE class: with the BRABUS 800 supercar based on the current GLE 63 S 4MATIC +, whether SUV or coupé, the engineers, technicians and designers at BRABUS have created a high-performance SUV in a class of its own. With the BRABUS PowerXtra B40S-800 Performance Upgrade, the peak output of the four-liter eight-cylinder biturbo engine increases by 138 kW / 188 PS to 588 kW / 800 PS. At the same time, the maximum torque increases by 150 Nm to 1 Nm. This catapults the supercar from standstill to 000 km / h in just 3,4 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 100 km / h. Sporty, elegantly styled aerodynamic components made of carbon fiber and tailor-made BRABUS wheels up to 280-inch king size give the SUV a sporty and exclusive look. For the personalization of the interior, there are BRABUS fine leather appointments made of the finest leather and Alcantara in any desired color.

Mercedes-AMG GLE 63s 4Matic!

The BRABUS 800 high-performance engine makes the GLE 63 S SUV and of course its counterpart with a coupé body a high-performance automobile in a class of its own. The four-liter V8 biturbo engine of the top-of-the-line model of the current GLE generation is being upgraded by the BRABUS engine engineers with the powerful BRABUS PowerXtra B40S-800 performance upgrade. The changes to the engine hardware affect the turbo system: Two newly configured BRABUS high-performance turbochargers, which in addition to a larger compressor unit also have a modified trunk group with reinforced axial bearings, produce a maximum boost pressure of 1,6 bar.

In order to recalibrate the electronic boost pressure control and to further optimize the performance without impairing the stability, the maps of the electronic engine management were reprogrammed. To this end, extensive tests were carried out on the latest generation of stationary engine test benches. At the same time, extensive driving tests were carried out on the racetrack and in traffic. The new control software is fed in via the BRABUS PowerXtra additional control unit, which is adapted to the engine electronics of the GLE 63 S using plug & play technology.

Performance increase of 138 kW / 188 PS

This results in an increase in output of 138 kW / 188 PS and an increase in torque of 150 Nm. With 588 kW / 800 hp at 5 rpm and a maximum torque of 900 Nm at just 1 tours, the five-door model is one of the most powerful representatives of its class. The performance speaks for itself: from a standstill, the BRABUS 000 with SPEEDSHIFT nine-speed sports transmission and 3MATIC + all-wheel drive sprints to 500 km / h in just 800 seconds.Shifts are either automatic or manual using the ergonomically shaped BRABUS RACE aluminum paddles on the steering wheel. The top speed is electronically limited to 4 km / h. There is also the BRABUS memory system, which can be used to permanently deactivate the standard start-stop system if required.

Of course, every BRABUS engine not only offers outstanding performance, but also flawless suitability for everyday use and stability. This is documented by the world's largest independent automobile refiner with the BRABUS tuning guarantee for 3 years up to 100 kilometers (according to BRABUS guarantee conditions, as of July 000). The BRABUS stainless steel sports exhaust system with exhaust flap control offers performance optimization and an exciting V2013 sound. This system allows active sound management from the driver's seat: at the push of a button, you can switch between robust V8 sound in sport mode or discreet whispering in "coming home" mode.

optimal aerodynamic functions

Exciting looks and optimal aerodynamic function: The BRABUS designers developed body components made of the high-tech material carbon for both body variants of the GLE 63. They are offered with either a high-gloss or matt coating. The front spoiler lip on the lower part of the bumper, in combination with the two air inlets and the red signature stripes in the radiator grille, not only gives the BRABUS 800 an even more striking face: thanks to its sophisticated shape, the spoiler minimizes lift on the front axle at high speeds, which improves driving stability further optimized. The side inlets in the front bumper are upgraded with tailor-made carbon panels.

With BRABUS, the side view can also be refined with a touch racing look: There are carbon elements for this, which replace the wheel arch covers available ex works. The BRABUS diffuser insert was developed for the rear apron, which perfectly sets the scene for the four BRABUS titanium / carbon tailpipes with a diameter of 90 millimeters. The BRABUS roof spoiler rounds off the aerodynamic concept for the five-door model.

BRABUS light alloy wheels for the GLE 63 are available in different designs and 21, 22, 23 or 24 inch diameters. As the most exclusive option, BRABUS Monoblock Z "PLATINUM EDITION" high-tech forged wheels in 10Jx24 king size dimensions are available. Their ten-spoke styling, in combination with the latest manufacturing technology, offers an excellent combination of lightweight construction and maximum strength. Low-profile road tires of size 295/30 R 24 were chosen as tires.

BRABUS control module for the AIRMATIC air suspension

With a special BRABUS control module for the AIRMATIC air suspension, the high-performance SUV is lowered by approx. 25 millimeters. This not only makes the all-wheel drive look more exciting, but also experiences a further increase in driving dynamics by lowering the center of gravity.

BRABUS also enjoys a global reputation in the interior design sector: for the BRABUS 800 and of course every other GLE, the in-house upholstery shop produces exclusive BRABUS fine leather equipment that is tailored to the customer's wishes down to the last detail. The finest BRABUS Mastik leather, a particularly soft and breathable type of leather, and Alcantara in any desired color are precisely handcrafted to create high-quality interiors from dashboards to seats, door panels and headliners. The BRABUS interior sets in fine wood and carbon also offer maximum variety in color and surfaces.

For the vehicle shown here, a sporty BRABUS fine leather interior was created in black and red leather, which was combined with high-gloss sealed carbon elements. There are also other individual accessories for the cockpit, from door locking pins and aluminum pedals to stainless steel door sills with the BRABUS logo illuminated to match the interior lighting. The BRABUS 800 can be ordered as a complete car, as an SUV or a coupé. Alternatively, each GLE 63 can be completely or gradually converted.
