Don't worry, we also thought at first that this Mercedes E-Class C207 convertible (W212 series) is an E63 AMG Coupé until we found out that the AMG version does not exist at all. 😩😱 Somehow we've heard of it before, but since every model is actually on the market as AMG, this information was apparently quickly suppressed and so it surprised us that the E500 with 408 hp V8 gasoline engine is the top model of the C207 Series is. However, the owner still wanted to own more than an ordinary E-Coupe and therefore gave the Stuttgart-based driver a complete widebody kit that makes the good E-Class look like a bodybuilder on steroids. Extremely noticeable are the clear fender flares all around, which open into matching side skirts and are noticeable at the front through large air openings. The bumper and the bonnet with air vents also look extremely threatening and give the actually pretty good E-Class a completely new and extremely beefy look.
And the rear is also a highlight because a new bumper including a powerful diffuser with AMG-look sports exhaust system and a spoiler lip on the trunk lid were installed here. And of course a new set of wheels should not be missing and so there was a set of Ferrada Wheels alloy wheels of the type FR4 in lush 20 inches which with their black surface perfectly match the gloomy impression of the coupe. The whole thing is rounded off by a significant lowering which ensures that the 20 × 10.5 inch and 20 × 11.5 inch aluminum rims sit perfectly in the wheel arch. If we get more information about the modifications to the E500, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report. - Ferrada Wheels (FR4 Matte Black / Gloss Black Lip. / Size 20 × 10.5 and 20 × 11.5)
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
- darkened / tinted windows
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (or only AMG optic tailpipes)
