Hardly a tuned car was ennobled with praise and respect as the 820PS BMW E61 M5 Touring from G-Power. The extreme performance and the V-Max of 362 km / h are still looking for the same. As is well known, this version is equipped with 2 compressors (ASA T1-313) which cause this enormous performance. Now G-Power has developed a new system with only one compressor for the V10. You can find all the data below. The "old" system is of course still available. The tuning team around G-Power has on this BMW M5 made the following changes:

Only the half truth? G-Power with "a" compressor on the BMW M5 / M6 V10

(Photos: G-Power)

  • only one compressor (ASA T1-724) installed
  • The ASA T1-724 is currently the most powerful compressor of the tuner (water air flow of 2400 kg / h, increase in pressure by 0,5 bar)
  • Standard solution for the cooling air can be installed in this system
  • no additional work on the machine
  • Compression ratio unchanged
  • from 507PS and 520 Nm torque to 700PS and 680 Nm
  • fit all M5 and M6 V10

If we have forgotten something you notice, then just tell us in the comment box. Should we also learn in the near future, new details about this tuning conversion, we will inform you of course in this post.
