Curtain up on the mighty Toyota Tacoma as "Overland Ready Tacoma“, Which was specially built for this year's SEMA360 Auto Show 2020. This type of SEMA is a virtual version and almost an emergency solution that has been thought of due to the ongoing corona pandemic. The vehicle was built in cooperation with the 4WD Toyota Owner Magazin and it is a very special and particularly powerful version of the popular pickup. The "Overland-Ready Tacoma" received many off-road upgrades installed by Ryan O'Connell and ShmellFab. There was a coilover kit including a lift kit and new shock absorbers, plus a limited-slip differential, underride protection plates made of aluminum and steel front and rear, powerful BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain tires in the format 255 / 85R16 and even more power.
Toyota Overland Ready Tacoma
The tuner installed a Magnuson compressor on the factory-fitted 3,5-liter V6 of the Tacoma TRD Pro, increasing the output from 278 PS (207 KW) and 359 Newton meters of torque to a powerful 370 PS (276 KW) and 447 Newton meters. And the Tacoma Custom Truck also serves as a base camp for campers. It carries a PowerTank PT10 air compressor, a 4-gallon auxiliary tank for fuel, a 2-gallon water tank, a powerful hi-lift jack. And the most important utensil is definitely the Yakima SkyRise loading area tent. Unfortunately, Toyota does not plan to bring out the Overland-Ready Tacoma in a limited edition. Even if it were actually the perfect alternative to the Colorado ZR2 Bison. Fortunately, all accessories are freely available in stores and so you can assemble your very own Overland-Ready Tacoma.
