Unique piece: Porsche 911 (992) Targa by Ares Design !!

Since the last update to Ares design Panther Progetto Uno in April of this year we have nothing more from the Italian body shop Ares design heard. But now they are with one Single copy return! And this time it is not a classic vehicle that is being interpreted, but rather a cutting-edge XNUMX. And of course, cutting-edge can only mean that it is one of the series 992. Specifically, it is a modified one Porsche 911 (992) Targa. And when it comes to body construction and “improving” existing vehicles, Ares Design has been one of the undisputed masters of this art for many years. And the 911 Targa conversions are particularly exclusive. The conversions started with the 964 generation (see preview at the end of the post) but also one 991 GT3 Targa from 2018 we have already seen from Ares Design.

And now sets the team impressively continues the tradition with the 911 Targas and presents its latest project. As already mentioned, it is a 911 Targa of the 992 generation and typically Ares design, elegant modified and exactly as you would expect from an Ares vehicle. And this time, too, the project is absolutely unique and will not be on the road a second time. Like the Ares 964 Turbo from the beginning of the year!

The 992 got an all-round from Modenese Centro Styles drawn subtle bodykit made of carbon, which is perfectly integrated into the body. At first glance, the changes are probably only noticeable to the absolute connoisseur. The body kit extends the body at the front by full 8 centimeters (four centimeters on each side) and the rear area grows by a little less 4 cm (two centimeters on each side) outward. And we think the widenings are excellent for the athlete. Especially since they not are simply put on and screwed carelessly, but seamless integrated.

new interior and more power

And on top of that, you also have the Cabin pre-buttoned. The 992 has been completely redesigned here. Ares is building a lot of new things Manager and other decorsto further enhance the exclusivity. In terms of color, one relies on a conscious contrast that does not appear exaggerated. And the Ares 992 Targa even has one performance increase obtain. The double-charged six-cylinder boxer engine got one Chiptuning in combination with a new one Sports exhaust system and thus the overall performance around 60 hp raised. Ares Design states that the vehicle was a bespoke order for a customer. The price was not disclosed, which is perhaps better. If we get more information about the changes, there will of course be an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply take ours Feed subscribe to.
