The Japanese tuner Rowen International shows not only the vehicles from Toyota, Subaru or Lexus but also interesting accessories for German products. And just in time for the Tokyo Auto Salon 2020 (10. Jan. 2020 - 12. Jan. 2020) a completely appealing body kit for the Audi Q8 SUV with S-Line exterior package was presented. As is known, the S-Line package includes specific bumpers at the front and rear, a single-frame mask in matt platinum gray, side air intakes in matt titanium black and the diffuser in the rear is also available as an S-Line variant in titanium black. Small details like the clasp in the diffuser in platinum gray matt, the contrasting one Underrun protection front and rear or the S line lettering on the front fenders round off the S-Line package successfully. And for the S-Line Q8, Rowen has now designed a striking spoiler lip for the front apron that gives the large Q8 much more aggressiveness.
Underride protection no longer visible
The underride guard can no longer be seen after installation, which ensures that the Q8 looks significantly more dynamic and sporty compared to the series. There are also special attachments for the fenders in the gill design and the approaches for the side skirts come from the Japanese tuner Rowen International, The most striking component is at the rear. A striking rear apron attachment has been created here, which provides a completely new look, particularly on the white exhibition vehicle. The two-tone paint looks a bit exaggerated at the beginning, but in combination with the new ducktail spoiler lip and the already very powerful appearance of the Q8, the rear view is quite successful, as we find. The new aluminum rims on the presentation vehicle also have a large share (Q8 55TFSI quattro S Line) that was built for the past Tokyo Auto Show.
24 inch Savini Wheels sv88 alus
The decision was made to use a set of Savini Wheels sv88 Alus in 24 inch format (F:24×10J+10 / R:24×10J+10) which with FALKEN Azenis FK510 slippers in dimensions 295 / 35R24 perfectly fill the wheel arches including a subtle lowering. And finally ... We find the body kit for the Ingolstadt SUV to be a little "put on" and not quite as harmoniously integrated as some European providers, but considering the different tastes - especially with regard to Japanese tuning and the one from Europe - the aerodynamic parts are quite successful Attempt.
