Can you still remember that? PSI BMW M3 project vehicle from SEMA 2021 recall? PSI has now set up another vehicle that also does this Vorsteiner body kit got and also a very special one foiling. And of course the new Vorsteiner is also part of the body kit grille insert. It is suitable for the G80 M3 and the G82 M4 Coupe. And while we really like the large factory-fitted kidney, the Vorsteiner variant is even more stylish, in our opinion! Vorsteiner states that the "wanting to reduce the visual impact of the massive grille".

Vorsteiner PSI BMW M3

Everyone should decide for themselves whether this has been successful. But we don't think that anything has been "reduced" here. While the design bisects the grilles horizontally, with a kind of crossbar, and keeps the focus on the upper part of the kidney, does that make it look smaller? In addition, a striking lamella is integrated in the upper area, which is not visible in the lower area. As a result, the lower part acts like another air intake in the bumper. If the cooler behind it were black, then it would be even more suitable, we think.

But of course the vehicle has not only received other kidneys. The M3 Competition tuned by PSI got many more optical upgrades. About the Vorsteiner front lip as well as new ones side skirts. Just the little one Rear spoiler, which the SEMA vehicle linked above had installed, is not visible this time. There was again the Akrapovic rear diffuser in combination with a suitable one Exhaust System including carbon tailpipes. But the most striking feature is clearly the complete Inozetek foiling all around. Namely in the color pink (or red/pink) with the name "Ruby Star". Especially in combination with the many black accents (Window frames, kidneys, rims etc.) and of course with the carbon aerodynamic parts from Vorsteiner, the visual appearance is extremely chic. And of course the matt black ones also play a large part in the improved look Rays motorsport rims with Michelin tires and the cool one Roof box with carrier from Thule.

series, right?

Only to changes with regard to the Power or specific details on Akrapovic sports exhaust system are not available. Whether the latter only came to the M3 in the form of a new rear silencer, or whether it is a complete system, we do not currently know. Also, we don't know if the S58B30T0 six-cylinder is still the standard ones 510 PS & 650 NM owns, or if he increased performance is. Anyway, in our opinion, the M3 Competition from the tuner PSI convinces across the board. If we get more information about the changes, there is of course an update for this report.
