Video: Soundcheck - Toyota GR Yaris with Straight Pipes!

Out of the box, the Toyota GR Yaris is one of the craziest hot hatches ever. But the Japanese pocket rocket, which is actually a homologation rally car, can do much more. Because the small, turbocharged three-cylinder engine got in the video from JamesonBU an Straight pipe sports exhaust donated. And the result sounds almost like a six-cylinder, especially with regard to an in-line three-cylinder. This makes the 268 PS & 370 Nm in combination with the only 1.271 kg curb weight feel even faster. While we don't know how much horsepower is gained with the straight exhaust, we're pretty sure a horsepower or two will definitely be gained.
