Tuning exotic! KIA Seltos with crazy India modifications!

The Seltos is the Dacia Duster from Kia! It is priced at Duster level and is unfortunately not available in this country. Too bad! In India, the Seltos only costs a meager 12.000 euros and, with its compact dimensions in VW T-Cross format, fits perfectly into the small car SUV segment. The design takes some getting used to by European standards, but we do find the front with the almost vertical radiator grille and the narrow headlight slits quite successful. And the rear with the large chrome trim between the two taillights is somehow cool. In addition, a rear apron with indicated underride protection, two tailpipe trims on the right and left and a 177 hp 1,6-liter turbo gasoline engine. What the second petrol engine as a two-liter vacuum cleaner with 149 HP is supposed to do is beyond us. The economical 1,6-liter diesel with 136 hp is more understandable.

In addition to India, the Seltos is also sold in South Korea and China. And this modified specimen comes from India. He got a lowering and also a powerful front spoiler with horizontal struts. In addition, a few splashes of paint in the radiator grille and on the hood are large SELTOS letters. Multi-colored stripes run across the entire body and in addition to various other stickers there were sill swords and a sporty aggressive diffuser approach at the rear. The absolute highlight is definitely the fixed rear wing that was screwed to the factory roof spoiler and the tailgate.

lots of LED kitsch in the interior

And the multi-spoke alloy wheels in red, the red door handles, the chrome-plated wind deflectors, the new Brenthon 3G logo (tuning shop) on the rear, and the trim strip now painted in red between the rear lights are also not ex works. And there were also some changes in the cabin. There are various LED light strips and here too the emblem on the steering wheel has been replaced by a Brenthon 3G logo. A little cheesy, but definitely striking! If we receive timely information on further changes, there is of course an update for this report.
