Last year the Spanish VW subsidiary "SEAT" officially ventured into the area for the first time in the company's history and presented the Ateca. But apart from the tuner JE design Since then nobody has dared to use the SUV to offer a few accessories. The Flensburg-based tuner DF Automotive is now changing that and showing us what a modified version of the Spaniard can look like. But first of all it was about the 2.0 TDI four-cylinder. Ex works already 150 PS & 340 NM torque strong, the VW EA288 engine got a performance increase to a whopping 213 PS & 460 NM torque and thus even delivers significantly more power than the 190 PS & 400 NM top model.
And a lot has changed visually and the new wheelset in particular naturally catches the eye. Black / polished MSW 48 rims in 8,5 × 20 inches with Hankook Ventus S1 Evo tires in the dimensions 235/35 ZR20 (92Y) were installed. So that even more driving dynamics is possible and the look also looks sportier, there were KW lowering springs that ensure that the wheelset sits a little more precisely in the wheel arch.
DF Automotive proves with its interpretation of the Ateca that a set of new alloy wheels and a subtle lowering completely sufficient to stand out from the crowd and spray a certain individuality. If we still get details about further changes, there is of course an update for this post. About the update you will be informed if yours Feed subscribe to. We hope you enjoy watching.
