The tuner Vorsteiner, known for high-quality rims as well as carbon and aerodynamic parts for luxury brands such as McLaren, Ferrari and BMW, has now also turned its focus to the Tesla brand. On the occasion of her presentation at the 2023 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, the company has an aero program for that Tesla Model S plaid presented, specifically for the Model S with three engines and 1.020 PS. When you first look at the presentation vehicle, the flashy body color is of course what immediately catches the eye. This is a paint job that Tesla definitely doesn't have in its standard configurator. As a contrast to the cool purple, the three-piece forged ones VC-322 rims from the 'Contemporary' series in white and with a black hub cap. They can be ordered starting at $12,980 per wheel set.
Vorsteiner Tesla Model S plaid
By the way, we have already seen the VC-322 rim variant on one that was also in purple Lamborghini Huracan STO, of course also from the tuner Vorsteiner. But the real special feature is Vorsteiner's aero program for this Model S plaid. The set includes a variety of carbon components in the typical style of the already known ones Vorsteiner body kits. One is installed VRS carbon aero front flap for approximately $4,695 (approximately €4.413,30). VRS carbon rear spoiler for $1,295 (approx. €1.217,30), the VRS carbon diffuser for $3,695 (approx. €3.473,30), there were approaches for the side skirts for $2,695 (approx. €2.533,30), aero attachments for the fenders for $1,695 (approx. €1.593,30) and there are also skirt extensions for $995 (approx. €935,30) and a front splitter for $2,295 (approx. €2.157,30).
the rims add another layer
If you add all the parts together, the total price comes to a whopping $17,365 (approx. €16.323,10). And with those mentioned above Vorsteiner rims The total even rises to a whopping $30,345 approx. (€28.524,30). A proud price that will certainly increase even further if you also take into account the existing (unbekannt to) Lowering wishes. But the significantly tuned Tesla in purple and carbon could make even die-hard combustion engine fans rethink. It will be exciting to see whether someone has the courage and money to do it Tesla Model S plaid with all of them Vorsteiner upgrades and then replace it with an original vehicle quarter mile bring to. It would be interesting to see whether the tuned electric car is faster or slower in a duel with a production Plaid.
