In late November, the Japanese tuning company showed us Liberty Walk Performance in a virtual preview how you imagine the noble Maserati GranTurismo as a wide-body version. The idea and the virtual implementation definitely looked breathtaking and we were excited when Liberty would publish the first pictures of the finished LB GranTurismo widebody. Now a good 8 months later we seem to have managed not to notice exactly this premiere because officially we could not find a GranTurismo from Liberty Walk in our archive history. Anyway, something apparently went wrong and that's exactly what we're correcting today because the tuning team 01Executive (EXE) has published exactly this project based on a Maserati GranTurismo on its website and we are showing you this vehicle.

Exot - Widebody Maserati GranTurismo by 01Executive (EXE)

Basically, the car is almost identical to the virtual version except for the fact that the hood with the large air inlet was not installed. It's a shame because the noticeable opening looked pretty good on the GT in my opinion. The guys (and girls) of 01Executive (EXE) have released the black Maserati GranTurismo the days and we are of course pleased to be able to show you the first pictures of this project. After the extensive wide-body tuning cure that the GT was allowed to endure, it is visually definitely much wider, deeper and somehow more dynamic than the production version, although in my opinion it could have done with a 1-2 inch larger wheel set. The exact dimensions of the matt black Forgiato Wheels alloy wheels are unknown to us, but they will probably not be larger than 19 inches and they seem a bit lost in the inflated wheel arch. Anyone who has been secretly thinking of buying an actually very elegant Maserati GranTurismo for a long time or is even a happy owner and wants to turn the whole thing upside down is certainly an interesting template for the 01Executive (EXE) version when it comes to the vehicle individually and particularly striking to stand out from the production model.

As far as the further changes to optics or technology are concerned, we have tried to find out the most important details. As always, we have listed what came out of this in a small summary for you in the lower part of the article. If you discover more changes that we have missed, please use our comment box and let us know, we will then add them to the article as soon as possible.

Ps. If you have more tuned vehicles like this one Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder or even the red one Lamborghini Aventador from 01Executive just look at the photo hint below on the tuner name!

  • Lowering (Airride Air Suspension)
  • possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
