It can always be a little more, right? If you are regularly on the road with one and the same vehicle, this thought comes up with almost everyone, at least when a car is not just seen as a commodity. It doesn't really matter whether you are traveling with a 1.0 three-cylinder or a supercharged V8. Regardless of how much power you have available ex works, it is almost a natural behavior to wish for more at some point - at least if you are even rudimentary interested in the subject of tuning and performance increases. Also the owner of this Porsche Cayman S with 3.4 liter DFI naturally aspirated apparently thought similar and so the Cayman had to endure an increase in performance. And what could be more obvious than looking after the tuning team from Mcchip-DKR SoftwarePerformance with this project?
After all, we already know optimized vehicles from almost every vehicle category and type from Mcchip and of course this is no secret in the tuner's catchment area either. Mcchip-DKR has currently presented the pushed Cayman S including the technical data on its website and of course we have to let you participate. Originally 320PS / 370 Nm only became a whopping 336PS / 387Nm using chip tuning software and that with a Saumotor! The new performance will surely ensure that drivers of the same type, but with serial performance, will look amazed when they lose sight of the Mcchip-DKR Cayman. Mcchip-DKR did not post much more details than the result of the increase in performance, but in the current case that is easily enough. What we have been able to find out and have recognized ourselves, we provide you in a summary below as usual.

These are the known changes to the series:
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension - more information is not available)
- Rims with red PinStripe
- Performance increase to 336PS / 387Nm (standard output ex works 320PS / 370 Nm - not measured) - (chip tuning)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
