Do you know the Seat Leon Supercopa? The Racing Leon got the two-liter turbo engine from the Audi S3 and already made 300PS as a racing version. The extra power comes about thanks to the reprogrammed series control unit and dethrottling of the intake and exhaust side. More precisely, that means that a new aluminum intake manifold and a modified exhaust system with a racing catalytic converter have been installed and the six-speed DSG transmission and up to 6.800 rpm are off. in the approx. 1.270 kilogram light Spaniard, tremendously advanced Cost point back then - € 67.900. The team from Mcchip-DKR SoftwarePerformance now shows what can really be extracted from the engine. Apart from the WTCC rules, the tuner pushes the Leon to extreme 380PS & 460NM torque. The increase in performance is achieved by means of chip tuning Stage 3 software and the installation of a new turbocharger. There isn't much more to say about the car, so we'll leave it with the photo story for the time being. A few days ago the team from Mcchip-DKR presented us again with a significantly modified Seat Leon 2.0 TFSI which, as a "Supercopa", also has an extremely changed look. But let's get to performance improvement first! Thanks to an in-house software performance increase Stage 3 (chip tuning) & upgrade of the turbocharger as well as the in-house mcpipes downpipe, the Leon now achieves 368PS / 462Nm torque, which is a significant increase compared to the series, of 240 PS & 340 NM, which also reflects the optical character . Here the Leon is equipped with a widebody kit that includes lush wheel arch extensions for the 4 fenders and the bumpers. And with a towering roof spoiler, the extreme look also draws attention to itself. In addition, there was a conspicuous camouflage foiling all around which, including a lot of advertising messages, makes the Leon an oversized eye-catcher.
