"The first"? You are probably wondering if it can be that not so long ago a report about a 488 GTB with HRE Alu's started! That's right, back then it was the same vehicle that in one sentence P101 alloy wheels and in this combination it was the first officially known 488. And now the car is the first again, this time on P104 alloy rims which also come from the rim manufacturer HRE Performance Wheels. The pictures were recently published on the company's website and we think we should show them to you. In addition to the optically really well-fitting rims, the Ferrari 488 GTB has received a few other changes that are only known to us from the pictures, unfortunately we are currently not yet technically reliable. Regardless, the main focus of the car is clearly on the already mentioned P104 wheelset which, by the way, was mounted in 22 inches at the rear and 21 inches at the front and which is an absolute asset to the car compared to the standard rims and immediately gives the vehicle a more dynamic appearance . We took a closer look at the car and made a few comparisons with the production version and, as I said, were able to determine one or the other change. What we have learned directly from the company and have recognized ourselves, we provide you in a summary as usual below. These are the details of the vehicle:
- unknown lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension, air ride air suspension - Info is pending)
- HRE P104 Alloy Wheels (21 inch front and 22 inch rear, Brushed Gold)
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - info is pending)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (info is still pending)
After the 488 GTB from above on dull golden P104 rims HRE has also released some pictures showing another 488er on silver P104 Alu's. Although the company did not announce the specifications built in here, we expect the front rims to also measure 21 inches in size and the rear 22 inches, which is identical to the 488 from the top. Further changes are unknown to us so far.
Certainly, new information and certainly new pictures and videos will soon be online. As soon as this is the case, we will of course put it online and inform you about it.
