Lorinser sells MG cars - tuning rims also available!

For many, the Lorinser brand is closely associated with Mercedes-Benz vehicles. That is absolutely correct. But the car dealership, which is now in its third generation, likes to think outside the box when the quality and technical standards are right. After the Toyota car dealership in Backnang was added a few years ago, the next exciting project is now following. At the main location in Waiblingen, which, in addition to the Mercedes car dealership, is also home to the vehicle refiner "Sportservice Lorinser", which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, there have also been vehicles from MG since September 2021. If you want to customize the modern styled vehicles, you can also choose from the light alloy wheel range of the legendary Lorinser Sportservice. Among other things, the front-polished RS11 or the RS8 with a turbine blade look are available.

Lorinser sells MG vehicles

The Lorinser company itself even goes back to the year 1930. This makes it almost as old as the time-honored "Morris Garages" from England, which were founded in 1923. However, they only have a limited connection with today's MG brand. This was bought by the Chinese Nanjing Automobile Group in 2005 after a lengthy interlude under the care of Rover. The “English patient” has become an ultra-modern brand that goes with the automotive zeitgeist and whose products are now available in Germany again. The goal is to enrich the local car market with affordable, innovative and sustainable vehicles that are specially tailored to the discerning European audience. This is also proven by the three models currently offered by Lorinser, all of which are SUVs: the current electric flagship MG Marvel R, the plug-in hybrid MG EHS and the fully electric MG ZS EV, which is the bestseller in the range. Incidentally, the latter got the maximum of 5 stars in the Euro NCAP crash test. In addition, it was well received by the otherwise critical ADAC after an extensive test.

The vehicles are also well received by the Lorinser audience, as Marketing Manager Maximilian Lorinser can confirm: "Although we only started in September, we were already able to sell 2021 vehicles in 60." However, Lorinser is not only from the sales point of view of the MG brand enthusiastic: "Initially we were a bit skeptical about the quality of the vehicles. For no reason, as it turned out later. In some places, the cars are even better inside than comparable models from some premium manufacturers. You get a lot of car for your money here.” And how did the partnership with Lorinser come about in the first place? “Because the MG brand was looking for a partner in our area and contacted us. After exchanging experiences with an acquaintance, who has been one of the MG partners from the very beginning since January 2021, everything happened very quickly. As we are always on the lookout for new opportunities to position ourselves even more broadly, we took the risk and were not disappointed," sums up Maximilian Lorinser.
