As soon as you think of Über-Porsches, the vehicles of the German tuning company immediately come to mind Reputation a company that not only specializes in the modification of various Porsche models, but also develops and markets its own creations based on Porsche. Company founder Alois Ruf, who founded the company back in 1939, was a master mechanic and his newly founded company initially functioned as a brand-neutral workshop. It was not until the late 1960s that the company specialized in the Porsche brand, and in 1975 the first prototype of a Ruf racer based on the Porsche 911 Turbo of the time was created. The company from the Swabian town of Pfaffenhausen in the Unterallgäu district now has 62 employees and mainly creates high-performance vehicles based on current Porsche models. Today we present it to you Call CTR 3 from 2013, which is now for sale in the UK, and has only clocked 9.631 miles (approx. 15.500 km). The price of the vehicle will only be given on request in case of serious interest.

The exclusivity is extremely high, since the company of Alois reputation only 30 pc built by the CTR 3. The front design is surprisingly reminiscent of the Porsche Cayman 987, which probably also provides the basis for the Über-Porsche from Unterallgäu. The rear design, on the other hand, borrows heavily from the legendary Carrera GT supercar, with the Ruf CTR 3 being even more powerful than the Carrera GT, even though it has less displacement and fewer cylinders.
The hypercar's rims are simple in design, featuring a classic five-spoke star design with a silver finish and central locking. Most likely, the wheels are special Racing Wheels made of ultra-light material, which means that weight savings can be achieved. The mirror housings are made of carbon and ensure a further reduction in weight compared to standard mirrors.
At the rear, it's clear that reputation was engineered to break speed records, because that Long tail stern as well as the disguised one rear window and the mighty Airbox on the roof are reminiscent of Le Mans racers for a reason. However, given the vehicle's rarity, don't set your sights on setting new speed records because it's too valuable for that.
RHD configuration in the interior!
Interested parties from continental Europe and the USA must be aware that this vehicle is a Right hand drive model as it was first delivered to a UK customer. The design and layout of the cockpit will definitely be familiar to Porsche drivers as the interior is very similar to the Cayman. Just the quilted one Alcantara on the seats provides a bit of sporty noblesse in the otherwise rather sober cockpit.
777 hp whip the super sports car forward!
A pair of Biturbo boxer engine with six cylinders, which also does its job in a similar form in the 911 models, was given a fabulous reputation by the company 777 PS and 980 Newtonmeter maximum torque pushed. With only 1.377 kg curb weight the bolide reaches 3 km/h in 100 seconds on country roads, and the propulsion only ends at a crazy 380 km/h. This makes the Über-Porsche almost a competitor for Koenigsegg and Bugatti!
