More power for the new CUPRA Leon with 221 kW (300 hp) and powerful 400 Nm torque. Thanks to its intelligent front axle differential lock, an optional Brembo brake system and the sporty chassis, the new top model of the CUPRA Leon sets new standards in terms of driving dynamics - and at an attractive basic price of 39.970 euros. "The new CUPRA Leon in its top version not only looks breathtaking with its sharpened design, but also convinces with absolute manufacturing precision, high quality impression and great driving dynamics with a high level of safety and connectivity“, Enthuses Bernhard Bauer, Managing Director of SEAT Germany.
High drive performance, ideally matched adaptive chassis
The highest drive level in the CUPRA Leon has a 2,0 l TSI unit with 221 kW (300 hp) and an extremely powerful torque of 400 Nm. A sporty 7-speed DSG is used as standard. It only takes 5,7 seconds to sprint from standing to 100 km / h. The ultra-modern motorization impresses with its linear power delivery and high agility with good controllability.
But the CUPRA engineers have also worked on the chassis again: in combination with the progressive steering, the CUPRA Leon offers a particularly precise and dynamic driving experience. This is sometimes expressed by clear feedback from the road and a high degree of agility even on demanding routes.
Thanks to the adaptive chassis control (DCC), the sporty chassis of the CUPRA Leon 2.0 TSI reacts immediately to changes in driving behavior and the characteristics of the route. Within milliseconds, the system makes changes to the suspension settings according to the conditions.
Attractive special equipment
Together with the new top-of-the-range engine of the CUPRA Leon, other attractive special equipment is also available. Among other things, the Beats Audio System and the Brembo brake system (front) are available on request. The CUPRA Leon with 2.0 TSI with standard 7-speed DSG costs from 39.970 euros (including VAT) in Germany and can be ordered immediately.
