Hard to believe how old this beautiful BMW 3 Series is E36 Cabriolet already is. The Munich car left the factory more than two decades ago, albeit not in this condition. Because the unique piece has been extensively modified. First there was a thorough restoration and later a completely new leather cabin. It continued with a set of accessory rims, there were some body parts made of carbon and as a highlight the pre-installed KW coilover kit was exchanged for one Air Lift 3H setup exchanged. The necessary hardware has been in the trunk ever since. The two compressors and the air lift distributor are hidden under the intermediate floor, while the air tank is located in the rear part of the trunk.

And the complete installation looks just as clean as the rest of the vehicle. Incidentally, the Airride chassis is adjustable in height and pressure and has five preconfigured settings. It can also adapt to the load status of the vehicle and can even be fully configured using a smartphone app. To make the whole system look good, CAS has wrapped the two compressors in Alcantara and LED lighting has also been installed. They also colored the carpet from the trunk lid and painted the tool box black to match the surface of the load floor for a cleaner look. Cool thing!
